Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Returns


All online orders will be shipped through Purolator and delievered within 48 hours. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and land locations at this time. 

All unopened products that have been purchased through our online store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of shipment receipt. They can be mailed in or returned to any Prairie Records location. Sale and clearance items are final sale, unless you have received a product that has been damaged during shipping or deemed defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return a product by mail, please email our Customer Support Team at support@prairierecords.ca. Please have the name on the order and the order number ready. Once we verify your order, you will be asked to ship it back to the store. Once your returned product has been received and verified by our team, we will provide you with store credit or the exchanged product desired.
