Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMING
All online orders to Saskatoon and surrounding areas will be shipped for free via Pineapple Express and delivered within 3 hours. All other orders will be shipped through Purolator for a $9.99 flat rate and delivered within 48 hours. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and land locations at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: By law, you must be present with your I.D. in order to receive your package. There can be no delivery otherwise (again, this is the law). For Pineapple Express shipments please anticipate between 2-3 hours for delivery as we are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding! All unopened products that have been purchased through our online store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of shipment receipt. They can be mailed in or returned to any Prairie Records location. Sale and clearance items are final sale, unless you have received a product that has been damaged during shipping or deemed defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To return a product by mail, please email our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have the name on the order and the order number ready. Once we verify your order, you will be asked to ship it back to the store. Once your returned product has been received and verified by our team, we will provide you with store credit or the exchanged product desired.
