Shit's been weird. Here's an FAQ.
We know that you’ve had some questions recently about our hours, our online ordering process and what the different delivery options look like. Hopefully the below does the trick but if you’ve still got questions we’re here for you, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get things sorted.
Are you guys still open?
Yes, we are, but with slightly different hours and extra safety measures put in place. We’re also practicing social distancing, please be mindful of this if you come into the shop. If you're in SK, we encourage you to order online via prairierecords.ca.

Can I order by phone and pickup?
Yes, you can! Phone ahead to the store and they will arrange it for you.

Why was my order refunded?
Often when an order has been canceled or refunded it is because the item was out of stock. Send us a note at email@example.com and we’d be happy to recommend an alternative or let you know when your favourite will be back.
Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
Please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If you need an answer sooner, please phone our Broadway store at 306.244.7795 between the hours of 10am-10pm.
If I shop online do I still need to show my ID when my order is delivered? What about social distancing?
Yes, you do, government regulations haven’t changed! You will still need to show us proof that you’re 19+, there can be no delivery otherwise.
We can assure you that our delivery service members are washing their hands frequently and sanitizing with every order, but if you’re concerned about handing over your ID, you may use a contactless approach. Regardless, it is our recommendation that you wash your hands immediately afterwards.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with a link from Purolator to track your shipment. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to provide tracking information for Pineapple Express shipments.
What is your shipping radius?
We ship all over Saskatchewan via Purolator for a flat fee of $9.99. In and around Saskatoon we deliver with Pineapple Express for free.
How can I get free shipping?
Locally in Saskatoon, we use Pineapple Express who will deliver within a 20km radius of the city (e.g. Warman). Currently, all shipping with Pineapple Express is free.
Please note: By law, you must be present with your I.D. in order to receive your package. There can be no delivery otherwise (again, this is the law). Please also anticipate between 2-3 hours for delivery as we are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding!
